These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the corporate websites, SaaS integration platforms, B2B software systems and APIs operated by Eticaretiz ("we", "us" or "our").

1. Scope of Service

We provide marketplace integration, order synchronization, inventory management and B2B SaaS portal services. For the integrations to work, you must connect valid marketplace authorizations (such as Amazon) or accounting connections. Users are responsible for authorizing data transfer between their ERP/marketplaces and our platform. The scope of service is limited to the data flows configured by the user.

2. Account Responsibilities

Users are responsible for keeping their account and access credentials confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately at bilgi@eticaretiz.com.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our platform or websites to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our infrastructure or databases.
• Send malicious code, viruses or spam to our systems.
• Extract data in bulk using web scrapers or unauthorized queries.

4. Third-Party Integrations

Our platform exchanges data with marketplaces (Amazon, Trendyol, Hepsiburada, etc.) and ERP systems. Interruptions, changes or access restrictions originating from third-party providers are outside the platform's direct control. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms of service.
